In a bowl, add chopped or pieces of almonds, cashews, and walnuts.
And oats,
Cinnamon,
Nutmeg
The recipe calked for Maple Syrup but I used Maple Agave. Whatever lights your fire.
Honey
Roughly a cup of Smart Balance which I used instead of butter.
Zest and juice this puppy.
Not shownadding the water and some chia seeds. You can get creative and add different seeds and nuts.
Mix and spread onto a cookie sheet.
Bake for 2 hours stirring every 30 mins. When the liquid is absorbed its ready!
Fresh made granola!!
