Preheat oven to 325!
Add your cake mix into mixing bowl
Add eggs, water and vegetable oil and mix!
Pour into pan and bake for about 33-36 minutes.
Remove cake from oven and let cool COMPLETELY!!
While you're waiting, you can crush up your candy canes if you plan on using them to sprinkle over chocolate covered cake balls.
Once cake is cooled, start to crumble it up.
This is what it should look like.
Now add your frosting. I wouldn't add the whole tub. I added about 1/4 only because my cake was pretty moist already.
After you mix in the frosting, put the bowl in the refrigerator to allow the cake mix to stick together for about 10-15 minutes.
It should stick together into one big ball.
Roll into balls how ever big or small you'd like. Then refrigerate them about 30 minutes.
Melt your candy melts in microwave. Directions are on back of the packets.
Dip each ball in the melted chocolate and cover. Set aside on wax paper.
Place in refrigerator for about 30 minutes and then you're done!
I also did red ones with crushed candy canes. ENJOY! :-)
